That sauce is an Eastern European take on tzatziki. It is very easy to make and super delicious. I love to put it on baked potatoes, meats or dip chips in it.
To make to sauce I simply grated pickles, chopped the dill and garlic cloves and added all of that to sour cream. If you want to make your sauce lighter you can replace sour cream with plain yogurt. Then I just mixed everything together and added salt and pepper.

- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of chopped dill
- 4 crunchy pickles
- 1 tablespoon of mayo (optional)
- Grate pickles, chop dill and garlic.
- Mix all of the ingredients together, add salt and pepper.
