Stuffed eggs are an amazing appetizer. They’re super simple, the chances are that you already have the ingredients in your fridge. I love hosting parties and since me and my husband renovated our first apartment together we love to have people over. I love when there’s finger food available at parties because you can try everything without feeling super stuffed. We noticed that stuffed eggs are first to go at parties so I hope that recipe comes at handy. You can stuff eggs with many different things. For holidays my mom makes fancy ones with caviar or smoked salmon. The following recipe is the easiest, most basic recipe there is but still super delicious.
I hard boiled a dozen of eggs and peeled them.
I cut each egg in half and scooped out all the egg yolks.
I added 5 tablespoons of mayo, a 1/2 cup of chopped parsley and a teaspoon of each salt and pepper.
I transferred the egg yolks mixed with mayo and spices to the decorating press. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, just put everything in a zip lock bag, lock it and cut the corner. I tried that before and it worked just fine.
I sprinkled some cayenne pepper on top for an extra kick but that’s optional, especially if you’re not a fan of spicy stuff. Your awesome appetizer is ready!

- 12 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of mayo
- 1/2 cup of freshly chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Hard boil 12 eggs
- Scoop out egg yolks from each egg and mix it with mayo, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Place egg yolk mixture in the decorating press or zip lock bag and squeeze it into each egg half.
- Optionally sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top.
